Our Guiding Values
Our ministry is founded on principles that reflect our commitment to living out our faith and fulfilling our mission in Scotland. Each of these guiding values shapes how we serve, interact, and grow in our journey.
Generosity:
We strive to be a generous ministry, not just in words but in action. We are dedicated to providing help where it is needed most and setting an example of stewardship by giving 10% of our resources towards outreach efforts.
Hospitality:
We believe that to gain those we serve, we must first serve them with open hearts. Reaching the people of Scotland requires a willingness to embrace and serve others, just as Jesus served those around Him.
Consistency:
Our commitment is to the long game. We focus on finishing well, giving our time generously, and not growing weary in well-doing. We understand that true impact comes from steadfastness and dedication over time.
Honor:
Respect is foundational in our ministry. We are dedicated to showing honor to those to whom honor is due, respecting everyone we encounter, while ultimately holding God above all in obedience to Him.
Kingdom:
Our belief in the Kingdom of God transcends denominations. We work across all Christian traditions that declare Jesus as Lord over all and our King, fostering unity in the body of Christ.
Legacy:
Inspired by the Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob model of ministry, we believe that no generation stands alone. Each generation should strengthen and build upon the other, ensuring that our work leaves a lasting impact for the future.
Family:
Possibly the most overlooked ministry in all of our lives is our family. It is our greatest resource and most valuable asset. We desire to love our family and put them first, understanding they are our first priority and ministry.
