Our Vision.
Scotland Missions operates on a collaborative model of ministry, emphasizing a partnership with local churches and the community to accomplish the vision to “Bring hope and healing to Scotland through faith and community”. This work is inspired by Ephesians 2:20, recognizing Jesus Christ as The Cornerstone of His Church. Knowing that Jesus is the true Cornerstone, our mission is to work together in partnership with other ministries, churches, and believers to help Rebuild The Church, Restore The Faith, and Retreat The Leader.
Our Mission.
Rebuild The Church
We love the local church. We believe in the local church. It is the church that Jesus said He is building. However, Jesus also said, “the harvest is great but the laborers are few…” We want to be a part of helping expand and rebuild in Scotland the areas that need help the most.
Restore The Faith
There are many communities and villages in Scotland that have faced spiritual decline over the decades. In the USA, we owe much of our Christian heritage to the Scots and their influence. We want to return and work in these areas, reaching Scotland and ministering to those who are looking for hope.
Retreat The Leader
We all begin following Jesus in our calling with excitement and vision from God. To many times after a work has started, we find ourselves in the valley wondering why or what happened. We want to provide a place of retreat for those in need of that time with God once again.
